MATERIALS:
8 x toilet rolls
1 x wire coat hanger
sticky tape
white card
green, red, white paint
paint brushes
old tooth brush
tinsel
scissors
stapler
ivy from the garden!
red or gold ribbon (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Paint toilet rolls green all over, then using the toothbrush flick white paint on to all the toilet rolls to make it look like snow, or you can use your fingers to cover the rolls with little white dots!

Leave to dry.

2. ADULT: Bend the coat hanger to form a circle

3. ADULT: cut each toilet roll in half length ways

4. attach the toilet rolls onto the coat hanger then tape and/or staple to secure

5. next start to thread tinsel through the toilet rolls, and tie to secure

6. now into the garden or your local park to get some ivy! ask an adult to help you cut it, you will need about 10 lengths

7. ask an adult to help you weave the ivy in & out of each toilet roll

leave some ivy dangling down and poking out to make your wreath look nice and full and bushy!
if you have enough tinsel you can tie a few extra pieces inbetween the toilet rolls & the ivy to make it really sparkle!

8. start cutting holly leaves & berries using the card. Then paint the holly leaves green & the berries red!
(you’ll need enough leaves & berries so each toilet roll has 1 or 2 leaves and a few berries on it)

Leave to dry.

9. using glue, stick the leaves and berries onto the middle of each toilet roll

Leave to dry.

10. To finish, tie a bow with a ribbon on the top of your Christmas wreath if you want to!

All done! Now to hang your amazing masterpiece on your front door or where ever you choose!
