After seeing all the gut wrenching footage on the TV & social  media recently & all the horrors & struggles that are going on in Syria right now, I thought what can I do??! I must do something to help, other than just sending off money donations!! it’s not enough!!!!!!

So I put it out there, put a post on Facebook that I wanted to do some voluntary art workshops with child refugees!

I got in touch with the Not for profit organisation “Rethink Rebuild Society, The Voice of the Syrian Community of Manchester”

So next week I’m taking Parsley Pie Art Club to their HQ near Manchester to run 2, two hour workshops! YAY!!

So far there are about 30 kids aged 5 – 15 years wanting to join the messy creative fun!

I will do my best ensure they have a really super, fun, messy relaxed time!

This is just the start!
