PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION
TERMS OF BUSINESS
The art club business terms apply to group lessons and 121 lessons.
The art club business terms apply to “pay as you go” customers & those who pay in advance for blocks of lessons
• Parsley Pie Art Club requires AT LEAST A FULL 48 HOURS NOTICE if a child is unable to attend their lesson for whatever reason.
• The 48 hour rule applies in ALL instances, including any times when your child can not attend due to illness.
• Your child will be automatically booked in to art club every week, on the same day at the same time
• It is your responsibility to inform art club of any changes to lesson bookings or when your child will not be attending
• If you need to cancel a lesson & you do not want to be charged, please do so either in person at your child’s lesson the week before or by telephone
• Cancellations made by text or email are not reliable & therefore not acceptable.
• Lessons cancelled with less than the required 48 hours notice will be charged at the full price of the lesson time your child was booked in for.
• If two or more children were booked in & fail to attend, or their lesson is cancelled with less than the required 48 hours notice, you will be charged in full for all of the children’s lessons
• If you do not contact the art club at all & fail to turn up, you will be charged the full price of the lesson.
• Pre paid blocks/ pay in advance lessons that are cancelled with less than the required 48 hours notice will be counted as attended
• Lessons paid for in advance (a block) must be used up within 10 weeks of the first lesson being taken (excludes school holidays & when art club is shut, does not include term time)
• Lessons paid for in advance (a block) become void if not used up within 10 weeks
• There are NO refunds on pre paid lessons.
• Failure to pay the correct amount or failure to pay on time for lessons may result in your child’s place being given to someone else
• Parsley Pie Art Club is NOT a drop in class, you need to book in advance as there are limited places available.
• You must give as much notice as possible if your child can not attend every week
• If you are going on holiday, your child has an appointment, exam or any other prior commitment, you must let art club know, giving the required 48 hours notice
• There is a waiting list for places at Parsley Pie Art Club.
• Any less than 48 hours notice is not sufficient time for art club to contact people on the waiting list to offer them your place if you can not attend on a particular week
• If you would like a place reserved each week for your child, they need to attend regularly.
• If your child wishes to stop coming to art club, you must give a minimum of 7 days notice
• Please note: it is your responsibility to ensure that your child arrives at art club safely. You are responsible for your children until they arrive inside the studio. You must drop off your children inside the studio and it is your responsibility to collect your child from the studio. Children must not be dropped off on the road & children are not allowed to wait on the road to be collected.
RULES FOR THE CHILDREN
Children have the freedom to choose their own projects, materials & activities at Parsley Pie Art Club.
In return, Parsley Pie Art Club requires that all children are well behaved & respectful at all times.
1. Children must be polite & not interrupt Jenny when she is helping another child
2. Children must listen to what Jenny says
3. Children should be patient & must not shout out to get Jenny’s attention
BAD BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AT PARSLEY PIE ART CLUB. CHILDREN WHO ARE DISRUPTIVE, ABUSIVE OR RUDE WILL BE EXCLUDED
