SUMMER HOLIDAY GROUP LESSONS
Art club open as usual weekdays & Saturdays, PLUS extra morning/day time lessons start 16th July for 6 weeks:

1 hour, 2 hour or 4 hour lessons available over the Summer
MORNING/ DAY TIME SESSIONS: 10am - 2pm - 2 & 4 hour lessons only in the morning:
10am - 12pm or 12pm - 2pm or 10am - 2pm
SATURDAY’S 10am - 12pm ONLY
AFTERNOON SESSIONS: 4pm - 6pm - 1 & 2 hour lessons only in the afternoon:
4pm - 5pm or 5pm - 6pm or 4pm - 6pm
Please note the following art lesson dates over the Summer are now fully booked:
Mornings in July: 16th, 17th, 18th
Mornings in August: 1st, 8th
Afternoons in July: 30th
Afternoons in August: 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 15th
There are still places available on other days, please book ASAP as it is first come first serve!

HOW TO BOOK

Please check availability before you return your completed booking form & payment to Jenny

Your child’s place will not be confirmed until Jenny has received your completed booking form & payment in full
COSTS PER CHILD
1 hour = £10.50
8 x 1 hours = £73.50 includes 1 free hour!! To be paid in full in advance
16 x 1 hours = £147.00 includes 2 free hours!! To be paid in full in advance
You can use the pay in advance lessons for 1 hour lessons, 2 hour or 4 hour lessons
Art club provides drinks of juice during all art lessons, however costs do not include food or snacks,
it is the responsibility of parents to provide a snack, especially if the child is doing 2 or 4 hour sessions
ART CLUB IS CLOSED from: 24th August for 1 week. Art club RE-opens Tuesday 2nd September at 4pm
TERMS OF BUSINESS
Due to the limited number of places, the following applies to both single bookings & block bookings
• All Summer Holiday lessons must be paid for in advance
• There are no refunds on lessons
• All pre paid lessons must be used up within 12 weeks from the date of the first pre paid lesson being attended.
• Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are not re-fundable or transferable to another date/time
• Lessons cancelled with more than 48 hours notice can be transferred to another date/time subject to availability only
• Missed lessons where Jenny is not contacted at all are NOT re-fundable or transferable to another date/time
• Cancellations are only acceptable by phone call. Emails or text messages are not a reliable or an acceptable way to cancel lessons
• Lessons paid for in advance during term time may be used over the Summer, the same rules apply as above
• Any lessons bought in advance for use over the summer that you have left over may be used over the Autumn after school/ Saturday lessons

Saturday mornings:

IF YOUR CHILD WOULD LIKE TO COME TO PARSLEY PIE ART CLUB IN THE HOLIDAYS & THERE IS NOT A DAY OR TIME THAT IS SUITABLE, IF YOU CAN GET A GROUP OF AT LEAST 4 CHILDREN TOGETHER TO COME, I WILL DO MY BEST TO FIT YOU IN!
Please note: art club is shut on Sundays & Monday’s!
Jenny is insured & is police checked to work with children and a copy of her Enhanced Disclosure form is available to you on request.
