£11.00, per child per hour
DISCOUNTS FOR GROUP LESSONS
• £77.00, 1 child for 8 hours, GET ONE HOUR FREE!!, = £9.62 per child, per hour when you pay in advance
• £150.00, 2 children (from the same family) for 8 hours, includes 1 free hour for 2 children, = £9.37 per child, per hour when you pay in advance
Both children must attend the same lesson for the extra discount to be valid!
• 3 or more children from the same family, extra discount available, price on application
121 LESSON PRICES FOR CHILDREN under 18
£22.00 per hour or £154.00 in advance for 8 one hour lessons (= £19.25 per hour when you pay in advance!)
PLEASE NOTE:
• Lessons missed or cancelled with less then 48 hour notice are charged at the full hourly rate (£11.00 per hour)
• Lessons that are pre paid which are missed or cancelled with less then 48 hour notice will be marked as attended
• There are NO refunds on pre paid/pay in advance lessons
• All pay in advance lessons must be used up within 12 weeks from the date of the first lesson being taken
• You will be required to sign a terms of business contract when your child joins the art club

TERMS OF BUSINESS
Parsley Pie Art Club requires AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE if a child is unable to attend their lesson for whatever
reason; this also includes illness.
• Your child will be automatically booked in every week, on the same day at the same time
• It is your responsibility to inform art club of any changes to lesson bookings or when your child will not be attending
• If you need to cancel a lesson please do so by telephone, cancellations made by text or email are not reliable & therefore not acceptable
• Lessons cancelled with less than the 48 hours notice required will be charged at the full price of the lesson time your child was booked in for.
• If two or more children were booked in & fail to attend or their lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged in full for
all of the children’s lessons
• If you do not contact the art club at all & fail to turn up, you will be charged the full price of the lesson.
• Pre paid/ pay in advance lessons that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be counted as attended
• The 48 hour rule applies to group lessons & 121 lessons
• Lessons paid for in advance must be used up within 12 weeks & there are no refunds on pre paid lessons.
• Failure to pay the correct amount or failure to pay on time for art lessons may result in your place being given to someone else
• Parsley Pie Art Club is NOT a drop in class, you need to book as there are limited places available.
• You must give as much notice as possible if your child can not attend every week.
• If you are going on holiday, your child has an appointment, exam or any other prior commitment, let art club know ASAP

• There is a waiting list for after school & Saturday places at Parsley Pie Art Club, any less than 48 hours notice is not sufficient time for art club
to contact people on the waiting list if a space becomes free due to a child not attending art club that week
• At least 48 is required in all instances
• If you would like a place reserved each week for your child, they need to attend regularly.
