I adore all animals. I definitely do have a huge soft spot for cats. Parsleypie.com, is dedicated to Mr Parsley Pie and cats and cat lovers everywhere! I love the way they look, their forms, their physical characteristics. They are survivors, truly beautiful and fascinating mammals! I love the way that they are very independent and each cat, if you spend time getting to know them, are very individual and have distinctive personalities! They are wise, intelligent, funny and can be creatures that like their own space and freedom, yet they can be so affectionate and playful with humans and other cats! They are all unique and I try to portray this in my cat paintings. In many ways, the way cats behave and like to lead their lives reminds me of myself sometimes!

Parsley is one of 7 cats belonging to Jenny’s family! He is also the central character in many of Jenny’s cat paintings and he proudly holds his name to Jenny’s Art Club for children
